At Boskenna you will find outstanding bed & breakfast en suite accommodation which is both elegant and comfortable. There are two spacious bed and breakfast suites accessed directly from the farmhouse cobbled courtyard which adds to your privacy.
Should you prefer more traditional farmhouse bed and breakfast accommodation you can choose the attractive ensuite Garden Room in the main farmhouse, which can be made up as a 6′ double or twin.

Courtyard Bedroom Suites
The cottage style en suite bed and breakfast accommodation is exceedingly popular with our guests many returning each year.
The Coach House and Stables have been tastefully converted using traditional local materials, feature high beamed ceilings and are furnished to a very high standard.
Both rooms are directly accessed from the courtyard offering greater privacy and guests are welcome to return to their rooms any time of day.
Inside you will enjoy the facilities of a quality room, en suite bathrooms with baths and showers, large soft towels and quality toiletries, each room has a comfortable settee, flat screen TV and integrated DVD, silent mini refrigerators, beverage trays with fines teas and coffee, and wine glasses and bottle opener.
All to make your stay with us a special and memorable occasion.
We have a minimum 2 night stay – most of our guests stay longer, however please do telephone if you would like to stay for just one night we may be able to help you. Prices per room per night are from £ 120-£140 ( based on two people sharing) depending on the time of year.

Farmhouse B&B Garden Room
The Garden Room in the Farmhouse on the first floor is a very spacious room with a 6′ double bed which easily turns into a twin room. It has lovely views over the garden, patio and surrounding countryside and is well furnished with a shower en suite.
The room has a flat screen TV with integrated DVD, mini silent refrigerator, beverage tray and many other little extras.
Guests are very welcome to return to their room any time of day or relax in the spacious comfortable lounge with an open fire for those cooler months, where there is also a television, DVD player and hi fi system available, plus a great selection of books and maps about the local area for your use.
Our patio makes for a relaxing hour or two anytime a day after breakfast to plan your day’s agenda – whether that be a trip to one of the local sandy beaches, a tour around the West Penwith Peninsula, or a hike along the South West Coastal Footpath just 10 minutes from our doorstep. At the other end of the day lie back in one of the patio chairs with a glass of something chilled or a nice cup of tea to enjoy the memories of your day!
